This policy describes the information handled through the TheRS project website. TheRS is an independent software project operated by a solo founder in Vietnam.

Information you choose to send

If you contact the project by email, your email address, name if included, and message contents will be used to read and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential project files in an initial inquiry.

Website delivery

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the website under its own privacy policy.

This website has no advertising trackers, contact forms or visitor accounts. Cloudflare may add a Web Analytics beacon for page usage and performance measurement. Its execution depends on the website’s browser security policy. Read more about Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Email handling

The project contact address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to the founder’s inbox. Cloudflare and the destination email provider process messages to deliver them. The project does not sell the personal information you send in an inquiry.

Retention and requests

Inquiry correspondence is retained while needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent by contacting the project. Requests will be considered subject to applicable obligations and provider limitations.
